Psychological concept for a designation of all complex of factors causing reflective acts. The especial part of concept is the description of factors which the subject is not only the carrier of a reflection, but also object of influence, and other factors of objective and casual character. The concept is developed on a joint of the general, social, pedagogical and organizational psychology.

In a context of pedagogical psychology, procedure of the organization of cultivating of the reflective environment distinct from the procedures of formation of any given way (or systems of ways of cogitative activity) by the quality of interaction of the trainer (teacher) with the pupil (pupils). On the part of the trainer the given interaction differs that includes his activity not only on realizations of the reflective standards, but also activity on their creation in reply to the requirement of a situation. Situations on creation of new reflective standards are possible, for example, in a case when the participants incorporated in one intention "to check up" the trainer, create for him a problem situation. Usually such checks represent various tasks with the complicated conditions, or complex vital problem situations. Process of reflective environment-making begins with a display and crystallization of structure of a subjective problem-conflict field of participants of a training by means of fixing an actualized one in the given situation of a level of a conflict and by its deepening through the management of a conflict. Recognizing that each problem-conflict situation (PCS) demands the appropriate reconsidering, managerial process of overcoming of a conflict represents "prompting" by the trainer of pupils to opening reflective environments. Therefore objectively given reflective environment - as included in it carriers of the spontaneous and organized reflection, a method of psychology of reflection, a problem situation - comprises an opportunity of mastering it as the internal reflective mechanism of creativity of each participant. The subjective reflective environment of each participant of a training is his partners on the joint decision of a task. It is supplemented with partners of other triads with whom individuals cooperate during work of a macro-group, and also the trainer (trainers) providing process of activation.

 

The methodical toolkit of the trainer represents means of a deepening of a conflict and its removal (through amplification of acts of a reconsidering). In every spontaneously arising or organized PCS the trainer is called to find out to the participant of a training a potential of an opportunity of its solution by the analysis of sources of the PCS and to apply to this influence on the subject, appropriate to a level of the experience.
