  Scientific Foundation of Researchers and Specialists on Molecular Cybernetics and   Informatics (FMCI) was organized by leading scientists from various institutions of National   Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The mission of the FMCI is attracting leading scientists   from various branches of knowledge into interdisciplinary researchers connecting   mathematics, cybernetics and physics; providing them with resources and freedom to   efficiently and effectively focus their own creative energies and those of their students, on   the fundamentals and on the experimental and commercial applications of modern   researches. The FMCI also is the pioneer in scientific researches connected with the   development of modern quantum and biomolecular systems transformation and intellectual sensors. Main activities are quantum and biomolecular computing, biophysical researches, modern sensors and computing technologies. FMCI scientists have also experience in   studies of optical and spectral properties of vegetation, photosynthetic apparatus state and its changes caused by ecological stresses. Scientists from FMCI performed 18 projects on fundamental and applied problems funded by Ministry of Science of Ukraine.
