PRICE CHANGES
Voyage prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing. Changes in tariffs, exchange rates and costs of fuel, oils, labour and material sometimes alter the cost of tour arrangements substantially, and we reserve the right to alter our prices accordingly.

UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS
As our voyage prices are based on group participation, no refunds are made for any feature or service that you do not take. If you cancel while the cruise is in progress, there will be no refund for the portion you do not take.

ITINERARY DEVIATIONS
We reserve the right, without any notice, to change routes or sequences and to change or alter sightseeing tours mentioned in this brochure. Every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary as stated; however, due to schedule changes and changes beyond the tour operator's control, some changes of sequences may be necessary. "Chervona Ruta" Cruise Company is not responsible in any changes in itineraries and/or tours contracted by another country's official tourist organization.
