| Kind "Situational
reflection" serves a vector of the subject's (person's) current movement in a
situation of preparation and comprehension of a conflictness as an indicator of ability or
inability on creative search as a whole or in its separate act. In the structure of the semantic sphere it realises personal-semantic regulation of a productive process in obvious, but poorly unwrapped form. In the structure of the component personal reflection it carries out personally-semantic subject's (person's) regulation by means of semantic subject's (person's) preparation and transformation into an object for estimation. The given personal regulative is directed on maintenance (continuation) of the decision of a task in a situation of actual negative subject result or on confirmation of the success overcome of the conflictness. In the structure of 1st level of integrity realising a notice-reflective way of keeping of a conflict "Situational reflection" personally accompanies with a substantial stream of actions and also compares the current and initial self-estimations. Thus, the positive effect of "Situational reflection" consists in a special allocation (lightning) of an action distinct enough for itself as single out from action, by the preservation of effect of the control which characterise for "extensive reflection", and then by production of an estimation of the subject as person who is capable or non capable to creativity.
