Function "Reference"("ref") realises notice (allocating) meta-reflective tasks by means of a speech direction influence on the other partner (or group as a whole) with the purpose of his prompting to any actions. It is mainly realised in the structure of the plan of group activity

Grammatically it corresponds to the traditional reference to the determined or self evident addressee. Names are present at a wide range from an individual name up to belonging names, down to its omitting.

Examples. Dasha, Darya! People! let's do it by turns. Well, let's all think. Let's count bell itself, instead of a sound. Let's count, that in regular intervals. Well, i.e. there any initial model let's take... Well, let's, I mean, we count, that each contact is an impact. Yes? Well, let's argue.

In the structure of the interpersonal sphere "Reference" realises the Group-Subjective realisation of a productive process by means of allocation of the partner for the cogitative act in interaction.

In the structure of the component interaction "Reference" provides a technological outline of transformation of the conditions given in the text of a task with the purpose of reception of the required answer in a context of circumstance of restrictions in view of a presence of partners or a presence of partners' resource. It takes into account the presence of partners both as the potential and as an obstacle therefore "reference" attaches partners to an own cogitative stream or anticipates an another's stream at the moment of presence of own substantial potential.

In the structure of 1st level of integrity realising a notice (allocating) meta-reflective way of penetration in problem "aside/together" "Reference" re-comprehends non expressiveness, and non competition of "stops" by means of direct or indirect allocation of the addressee which joins cogitative substances of the leader.

Thus, the positive effect of "reference" consists in deployment of a reality of interpersonal relations. The task formulated in the instruction: "to solve it together" drives a layer of behaviour characteristic to the subject for his/her self-realisation in the group. The given layer is already differentiated on an active role of management of the others in aspect of interaction, but yet not on the substance.
