Function "stop"
("s") realises notice (allocating) reflective tasks by means of generation of
initial, elementary activity, on interaction, by means of separation of the subject
(person) from the substantial movement or from interaction for preservation behind itself
of verbal arena. Function "stop" carries out function of
transition between substantial progress and actually communicative process, between
various cycles of interaction, provides transition, some kind of start of a new cycle of
interaction. It is mainly realised in structure of the plan of group activity Grammatical realisation: the greater value for distinction has correspondence
to criterial-contextual reference points. Presence of absorption in substantial movement
and economy on the unwrapped interaction is important.
Examples: Now, now, now, now, now. O! No, no, do
not recollect, for all tasks... No, I do not, I do not recollect this task
(laughter), I just ... No, well as we here are all fully sincere... Oh, nonsense! Now,
no, we would rather such, such (laughter) , we have accepted a condition, that each
second a bell calls... No, well why? Yes, yes.
Well, it is necessary to count, what should be a pause. There should be
any pause. Well, it is elementary, now, I do not know yet, it will turn out any
fraction ... Well, so. Stop. They...
In the structure of the interpersonal sphere "stop"
realises Group-subjective implementation of a productive process at the elementary level, as
the beginning of a cycle of interaction. As a whole realisation of a task of the joint
decision, put before the individual subject is submitted sometimes like a condition of
possession by a speech arena, for the independent decision, sometimes like a task of
leadership, sometimes like a value of a community of people incorporated in the given
group having the equal right on creative self-realisation. Here "stop"
realses spontaneous inquiry about preservation of a speech arena for himself.
In the structure of the component interaction "stop"
provides a technological outline of transformation of the conditions given in the
text of a task with the purpose of reception of the required answer in a context of
circumstance of a presence of partners or a presence of a resource of partners.
Interpersonal conflict yet is not revealed, as well as the resource of partners is not
revealed, therefore the "stop" isolates from the group, rather
than attaches to it.
In the structure of 0 level of integrity realising a
"boundary" way of penetration in a problem "aside/together" "stops"
are not expressive, and powerless in competitive conditions as the subject (person) is
more present at the substance, than in interaction. Nevertheless the effect of influence
on group is present, as the fact and as the prospect.
In the structure of the kind inclusion: it carries out
function of transition between substantial progress and actually group process, between
various cycles of interaction;
In the structure of the tendency actualization it serves
the curtailed, obvious intentions to affect group or the partner having protected himself
from his actions.
Thus, the positive effect of "stop"
consists in introductions of a reality of interpersonal relations. A task formulated in
the instruction: "to solve it together " drives a layer of behaviour
characteristic for subject's self-realisation in the group. The given layer is yet not
differentiated on an active or passive role of management of others, but, certainly,
emphasises subject's activity under the account of presence of the others in his own
"my space". Except for that "stops" include the effect
of the control, which is characteristic for an extensive reflection.
In structure of the plan of individual activity "stop" are
mainly reduced to "motivations", "estimations". |
