Function "concession"
("conc") realises notice (allocating) reflective tasks by means of generation of
initial, elementary activity, on interaction, by means of refusal of a public activity in
favour of activity of the another one. Phenomenological
realisation is established through the fact of non changes of a speech arena after an
introduction of the function "stop".

In the structure of the interpersonal sphere "concession"
realises Group-Subjective implementation of a productive process at the elementary level, as
end of an intra-specific cycle of interaction. Realisation of a task of the joint
decision, put before an individual subject is submitted as the preservation of speech
arena for him who stops activity of the others or in view of the self-evidence of the
utility of the partner activity or in view of the self-evidence of the utility of his
performance of the basic loading on the instruction fulfilment and the use of time for
internal movement.
In the structure of the component interaction "concession"
provides a technological outline of transformation of the conditions given in the text of
a task with the purpose of reception of the required answer in a context of circumstance
of presence of partners or presence of partners' resource. Interpersonal conflict yet is
not revealed, but the resource of partners is revealed, therefore "concession"
isolates from the group, rather than attaches to it. In any case connection carries self
evident, non position character.
In the structure of 0 level of integrity realising a
"boundary" way of penetration in problem "aside/together" "concession"
is not expressive, and powerless in competitive conditions as the subject conceding will
not wear out it as the contribution and does not exchange for obligations of the others.

function of transition between substantial progress and actually group process, between
various cycles of interaction;
In the structure of the tendency realization it serves the
curtailed, self evident acts of realisation of elementary intentions (own or partner's) in
substantial or interpersonal area.
Thus, the positive effect of "concession"
consists in introductions of a reality of interpersonal relations. A task formulated in
the instruction: "to solve it together" drives a layer of behaviour
characteristic for the subject for self-realisation in the group. The given layer already
is differentiated on internally active and externally passive role in interaction. In the
same time it is the first act of acceptance of the experiment instruction, though with a
potential of its detour.

"concessions" do not find direct analogies and rather may find the
