realises meta-reflective tasks by means of a speech direction influence on the other
partner and a formulation for him a concrete action. It is mainly realised in the
structure of the plan of group activity Grammatically
corresponds to awakening of the concrete subject to concrete action through the
imperative form of a verb.
Examples: Once again, Dasha, tell. Let's count,
that is in regular intervals. Tell. The first second. O! No, no, do not
recollect.
In the structure of the interpersonal sphere "Instruction"
realises a Group-Subjective realisation of a productive process by means of allocation of
the subject and a formulation for him instructions. Realisation of a task of the joint
decision, put before an individual subject is submitted as an addition of himself by an
operational resource of the another one.
In the structure of the component interaction it
provides a technological outline of the transformation of the conditions given in the text
of a task with the purpose of reception of the required answer in a context of
circumstance of presence of partners or presence of a resource of partners. It takes into
account the presence of partners both as the potential and as an obstacle therefore "instruction"
switches off the partner from their substantial movement, and then already
attaches partners to a cogitative stream of the leader.

are carried out as the directed influences supposing less complete, subordinated, reactive
functioning of the partner.
Thus, the positive effect of "instruction"
consists in introductions of a reality of interpersonal relations. A task
formulated in the instruction: "to solve it together" drives a layer of
behaviour characteristic for the subject for his/her self-realisation in the group as the
leader. The given layer already is differentiated on an active role of management of
the others, both by way of substantial movement and by way of interaction.
In the structure of the plan of individual activity "instruction"
is mainly reduced to "motivations" and "estimations". |
