Definition of a component of the MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING IA

 

Transition to components

The applicability of a component of MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING of the IA, GA is in transformation (maintenance) of relations inside the group directed on realization of the purpose formulated in the instruction: to solve a problem together. The applicability of a component is realized by means of its specialization in understanding of a position, a way, an interest of the other participant . So, the component of mutual understanding is intended for maintenance: 1)of movements to the decision of primary goal 2) of personal regulatives functioning . It is realized through the specialization of interpersonal understanding.

The component of mutual understanding covers the aspect of a reality described by the concept of a position carrying out function of of a position indication in relation to partners in aspect of jointness of personal contents realization and, as a whole, its transformations. The understanding of displays and the essence of each other positions is a condition of construction of an optimum way of the interaction, reflecting values of cooperation - rivalries, mutual aid - independence etc. Depending on the depth of a position understanding three levels of integrity are allocated and, accordingly, three kinds of the given component. Values of kinds of a component of mutual understanding: an explication - is the display of a position in which implicitly there is a subject of interaction; dialogization - is the comprehension of a position in which partners are related to each other and the group as a whole, through the judgement of discrepancy of an orientation of the partners; penetration - is the judgement of discrepancy of an orientation of partners and acceptance of the responsibility for realization of this or that position.

The component consists of the following functional elements in each of the kinds: 1) an explication, including functional elements "notice" - is an attempt of initial and superficial understanding of a position of the partner expressing, for example, in a question: "do you?", and "designation" of the own position as obvious one; 2) dialogization - the "understanding" - reflects necessity of post-definition of a substantially or personally submitted position, disclosing through a question why? the part of which does not lay on a surface of dialogue, and "presentation" - post-definition of an understanding of the partner, expressing in the underlining of own position; 3) penetration: expectation - is a verbalization of readiness for necessity to understand a position of the partner at its maximum complete level, it is expressed in questions such as what for?, what you want?, and positioning - is a presentation of the supreme personal bases (values), which are regulating this or that position.

In variant of the individual the statement of the plan of individual activity represent interpersonal activity directed on itself or the meant partner. The subtask of jointness as the opportunity and necessity of cogitative movement for group for the decision of primary goal is blurred, because it is not actualised, hence, it is modified in a subtask of extraction from a group way some fragments for individual experience.

In variant of the group such components function as rather independent and mean:

  • the given individual is directed on itself (is at a stage of intellectual egoism);

  • subtask of jointness as the opportunity and necessity of cogitative movement for group for the decision of primary goal is used for translation of a group reflective way into individual one.

  • the given individual realises a stereotype of autonomy (an individualistic position of separate participants of group).
