| The kind "convention"
provides comprehension of each other interests through a joint evaluation (correlation) of
ideas, positions, interests of partners. In the structure of the interpersonal sphere "convention" realises Group-Subjective regulation of a productive process by means of transformation of relations to a context of the joint activity directed on realisation of the purpose formulated in the instruction - "to solve a task together". Sense of the kind at the given level is the information on a reconstruction of parity of interests by means of removal of contradictions in interests through a finding of a point of integration of the strategy of the co-ordination. In the structure of the component mutual-concordance "convention" provides efficiency of joint transformation of the conditions given in the text of a task, by means of inclusion in a valid subject of activity of various subjects both for acts of data transformation, and also for acts of an exchange with values, ideas, roles, statuses as the mechanism of decision making in a situation of discrepancy of interests. In the structure of 3-rd level of the integrity realising transforming way of mastering an interpersonal problem and a conflict, functions of kind "correlation" of interests increase the mechanism of ex-articulation of consistent components and the co-ordination disputed by generation of hypotheses and a specifying of conditions of the convention. Thus, the positive effect of the kind "convention" consists in the giving to an interaction of a universal (transforming) mode of the co-ordination. |
