The main purpose of the project is to create controllable as regards side influence both on person and an environment the impulse systems of division, keeping all important advantages of explosive technologies and at the same time not having peculiarities, inherent to proper strong blasting. The contents of the project is determined first of all by utilization of experience of involved high-skilled specialists, accumulated at liquidation of failures under extreme situation, including those in zones with increased radiation danger. Thus, the explosive technologies as to mobility, speed, reliability and remote control in essence have not alternatives. But at the same time, taking into account particular insecurity of explosion as such and being guided by the concept of acceptable ecological risk, there is an imperative need for reducing explosive environmental impact to usual impulse action and to develop on this basis modern ecologically preserving technologies. An experience in execution of such work under conditions of radiation pollution in world practice is absent at all. And just this predetermines basic orientation of the offered project.
To achieve formulated target the new theoretical and experimental procedures in analysis of air shock waves interaction with objects; methods of the system-structural analysis; methods of numerical modeling processes and statistical-probabilistic approaches to the problem considered, in particular, essentially new method, based on principle of (-similarity of dynamic patterns taking into account non-Euclidean dimension of space of system connections, along with Fibonacci concept will be used. Experience accumulated by experts, being engaged in the Project, on the whole series of defensive developments will be used for improvement existing and creating new generation of impulse means for fulfilling work under extreme situation, and also for estimating and regulating their ecological after-effects. Necessity in such means at liquidation of after-effects of technogenic failures on maintained NPP and in the fuel-and-energy complex is urgent already now, but in due course the acuity of this problem will grow with exhausting a resource and forced removing from operation working nowadays various structures of heavy-duty application, and thus, being to be liquidated according to the international agreements.
As a result of fulfilling the project the impulse means of division saving ecology will be created:
