"ASTK-8"

Complex picture         The complex "ÀÑÒÊ-8" is designed for conducting of welding, fusion and repair-reduction works under conditions of absence of stationary electrical networks, and also in various extreme situations.

         It can be recommended for municipal repair and sanitary engineering services, repair-reduction works on pipelines etc. at use of processes, of hand-operated electroarc and mechanized, semi-automatic welding, cutting and fusion.

         Technological complexes wich are being created and developed are designed on basis of the synchronous unit-generator by SPARKY firm with a drive, executed on the basis of engines by BRIGG & STRATTON, HONDA or VANGUARD firms. The given class of generators is without commutator brushes and provides high operational reliability and endurance to short-term overloads.

         The complex has the following advantages:
- reliable easy start;
- presence of electronic system of ignition, that provides the sure start under any conditions;
- the instability of frequency makes

- high load-carrying capacity the unit-generator (its automatic deenergizing occurs only at overload 450% within 4 seconds).
