Methods
The basic method of an estimation (diagnostics) of actual and potential abilities of the person and group is the contextual - parametrical, substantial - semantic analysis of reflective processes.
The basic methods of the organization (development) of reflexivity of the subject are:
· a reflective training - practical work;
· reflective questionarie;
· reflective interview.
Additional methods of diagnostics and development are traditional scientific - psychological methods.
Principles of use of methods
The major principle of an estimation - research of potential of a person and a group is realized in a context of intensive reflective influence on consciousness with the subsequent comparison. Influence is considered both as the factor of an identification of a level of abilities (emotional reactions...), and as the factor of development of abilities (...).
Major principle of the organization of reflective environment is an influence not on the subject, but on making reflective environments (conditions, its variable functioning). Influence is considered both as the factor of development of abilities on the basis of the established (establishing) level. The initial and final author of influence is the consumer of a reflection. Co-authors of influence: the customer, the executor, synergetic variables... The executor is only the author of the form of realization of the reflective mechanism (tool which pushing to self-deployment of this or that part of the reflective mechanism).
